crew 5.7.0
I stopped Voice OS from guessing. Every wrong send in my debug notes came from it deciding my words were "really" for some other session. Now your words go to the session on screen, or to another one only when its name is in what you said and you're actually talking to it. If you only mention it, you get "For checkout?". The off-screen conversation mode from 5.2.0, with its "Talking with" chip, is gone along with the rest of the guessing. It's simpler and it's right far more often.
Two other fixes. Saying "send it now" or promoting a queued message used to cut the running turn, which killed every sub-agent the session had going. While agents run, your words now fold into the current turn and Claude reads them between steps. "Stop" still stops everything. And a question about what a notification just said ("what's the current price?") counts as a reply to that notification.
